Minor flooding in basement, did I take care of everything?

I left a sprinkler on by the window well of our finished basement, it completely saturated that room but no others. My husband had to pull the carpet and let it dry out in the garage. We will replace the pad when we get to it. He also pulled and threw away the baseboards and now has 3 large fans running in down there. We want to know if there is anything else we should do, our main goal is to avoid mold. The area was only flooded for 4-6 hours max if that helps your answer. Thanks for any info!
