I'm afraid I'm in a mental hospital and that I'm just dreaming up this world. Is there a name for that?

My worst fear is that I'm actually a psychopath locked in an institution and dreaming all this. That everything I know, love, and believe in is just a fabrication within my own mind. I'm not entirely convinced it isn't true, either. Is there a scientific name for that?
