My boss has just hired another worker...help?

Sometimes bosses are just psycho,they get unreasonable in favoring workers I suffred of this before one of my ex employers used to favor other worker working with me just cose he was tall!!! Lol he it made me suspect he was gay he used to keep praising his height while he did nothing more than me at work but he gets 30% more paid!!!! in your case it seems your employer favoring him for his age,i suggest you demand a promotion and salary increase and show a high intellegance in your words like a 29 person would speak.
