What sort of philosophical view is this?

In short I'd call it a stupid philosophy. However, to be more constructive, metaphysics is the study of the nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and body, substance and accident, events and causation. Traditional branches are cosmology and ontology. Most of what you are blathering about falls into the realm of ontology, so you could probably be described as an ontological nihilist.
