Interviewed job candidates......?

Just because someone is in a protected class doesn't mean you have to hire him. Your boss is just looking for trouble if he hires someone who is a proven liar, and will risk losing the competent people already on staff who will be working for this person. He'd be wiser to keep looking, and find a QUALIFIED black if his need is to hire a minority.
