How do I help this Injured Bunny?

We found an injured bunny with a chest wound, most likely a BB gun shot, and we took it in, pressed a paper towel onto the wound, and gave it grass/water. The sprinklers in our backyard were on and the bunny was almost completely drenched. What are some helpful tips to nurse this bunny back to health?
