Fence Hopping Pit Bull..lol..?

I see nothing funny about this problem. Just a matter of time before the dogs out and causes injuries/car accidents, and LOL, you'll be sued. Just a matter of time before animal control catches her, and you'll be paying a fine to get your dog back! LOL! Bored and dogs that don't get enough exercise do this kind of stuff - LOL!
