Do you do anything special for your dogs when its really hot out?

When we were out in Canada (S.Ontario can get very hot and sticky) mine used to stay indoors with me, in the a/c!! I used to feed them early morning and late evening, and cut back on how much. And likewise with exercise. Early as possible, and late in the evening, although it seemed to get hotter as dusk approached, and any slight breeze dropped. Basically dogs are far more sensible than we are when it gets uncomfortable outside, provided they have the means to keep cool (a/c, tiled floors, iced water etc.etc.)
