When will half life 2 episode 3 come out?

so in April 2010 i searched everywhere for when half life 2 episode 3's release date is and i found multiple internet articles saying "the release will be on January 1'st 2011 or December 31'st 2010 at 12:00, however seeing as it is March 27 2011 that information was a outright fabrication and i was very disappointed. It just proves you cant believe everything you read.
