First time car tuner in need of help?

Okay I'm about to get my first car, and the things I want to do is install a turbo kit,and change the cams along with do so some fabrication with the seats etc. How much would a good but cheap turbo kit cost for a Honda civic or Mitsubishi eclipse. What tips or tricks can be given for this
