My fiance told my brother that he can get him a job. He went for a interview and they told him they are just?

on his background check its been over almost 2 months and he keeps calling and all they are saying is that his background check haven't came back yet. I have a brother and a cousin who works for the company at another location. My cousin and my fiance are salary managers. My cousin talks to her general manager to see if she can get him a job there at her location. My brother goes to the interview and she was very unprofessional . He says she told him I'm not hiring anymore family cause your brother works when he wants to which to me sounds like a performance problem that can be taken care of easily, but to tell a potential hire that regardless if they are related or not was very unprofessional. My fiance and myself was also mentioned saying that they gave us a try and we didn't work out which is a total fabrication because, yes I worked for the company but not with her nor have my fiance worked with her. I thought that when you apply for a job they have within 48 hours to tell you if you are hired or of they have found someone that has more experience or some who better meet the qualificaltions. I think for some reason he is being discriminated against. For her to bring up my brother my fiance and myself in this interview was not only professionally wrong but I think she should be repremanded by her boss
